Corruption Essay in English

Today people who work in a rightful manner are considered foolish. Corrupted people never let good person do their job and this is what corruption does. In India, corruption is an outcome of the connection between criminals, politicians, and bureaucrats. Now the level of corruption is also enhanced.  Earlier people used to give bribes for jobs to get done. In modern times bribe is offered to get the right things done at the right time. The credit for corruption goes to our political leaders.

In India corruption is getting a name and that is a good status. No one wishes to do their job until they are getting paid. From policemen t doctors in the hospital everywhere bribe is given. Corruption is becoming a very normal thing and those who wish to stand against it have to pay the cost. This is why people are ignoring corruption and participating in it.

The problem in India is that the most respectful people who own big businesses, and political leaders are the ones who are involved in it. Average people are paying their taxes on time, in fact paying for everything and getting nothing in return.

The average citizen of India is suffering due to corruption. We don’t even get pure food to it because adulteration is done. Big companies are fooling their customers by weighing less in the products. Bribery is so common that no one thinks of speaking against it.

Today to get admission to the college, to get seats in the institutions, and to even get a government job we have to pay lakh no matter if the person is eligible or not. If he has money he can easily get admission to college or a government job. We do not have to travel a little distance to see corruption it is everywhere.

Paragraph on Corruption in India

In big hospitals, corruption can easily be seen. Hospitals charge their patients huge amounts of fees. People below the poverty lose their lives because they are not able to pay the hefty tools the hospital bills. Hospitals, institutions, banks, and government offices everything is red in the blood of corruption. Many have lost their lives due to the ill impacts of corruption in India and the problem is no one is there to mend it.

It is impossible to fight corruption until our leaders are good people. Politicians in India are the most corrupt people. They have the power they think they can do anything. They keep on stuffing their lockers with money, they prefer their relatives for top jobs no matter whether they have an education or not.

Average people have to face corruption because of the people in the power. Everyone wishes to live a great lifestyle and this is why everyone denies the fact that corruption is bad. If we are not going to do anything against it the future of India is going to go into the darkness.

In India, there are no laws for the people who are in power or have money. Most Indian jails are stuffed with people who cannot afford to fight their cases in court. There are people who belong to poor families. How many big names can we count who are in jail because of the corruption charges? There is no one. This is the situation in India in modern times where technology is ruling.

Political corruption is what makes the Indian reputation bad in the world. Our previous leaders have put our fate in the danger. Corruption has overtaken our political body.  The majority of the politicians in India are criminals. Some don’t even have proper education. Criminals can easily turn into politicians in India and no one will even ask how and why? In most parts of India, politicians bribe the voters and win the elections.

There are rural women, Dalits, and tribals who are the naïve ones and can be tricked easily. They are going to sell their vote even for 500 rupees and this is the fact f our India. Politicians have no intentions to take our country on the path of development. They are mean and selfish people who are in politics for monetary benefits only.

Essay on Corruption in India in English 250 Words

A poor man cannot have black money. A middle-class citizen of India has to take loans to build a house, buy a car, or marry his children. Black money is always in the lockers of politicians, field stars, and government officials, in simple words people in the power can do anything in India and the average man of India has to fight for every single struggle in his life.

There are many factors responsible for corruption in India. It’s in human nature. We all wish to have luxuries for which we need money and corruption is the easiest way to make money. There are no spiritual and moral values left in people because our educational system is as bad as the arenas. Unfortunately, it seems to be impossible that we will see golden days because the world has totally changed.

One man alone cannot fight with the system and unity is something that we lack in India. Corruption is cancer and there is no treatment yet available to us. To fight it we all have to work together which seems impossible in a democratic country like India.
